Shipping policy

 

Order Processing Times

We aim to process all our orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and NZ public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates (NZ) and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer $12 flat rate domestic shipping for all orders under 1kg and free shipping when you spend over $90NZD within New Zealand.

Local delivery & In store pick up

Unfortunately we do not currently offer local delivery or in store pick up.

 

 

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

Australia, United States, United Kingdom and Canada

Please note, due to rising tariffs to send orders internationally to the US, shipping prices and shipping delays will incur.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (for domestic orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@earth-witch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We will always strive to deliver your goods to you in a timely manner and will use different carriers to remedy this. This does mean the time to get your order shipped may be longer than 1 business day. If we have problems delivering to your P.O Box we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@earth-witch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost or Damaged Items Claims NZ Post:

Please be aware that from 1 September 2025, NZ Post will shorten the time allowed to complete a claim for lost or damaged items from 6 months to 3 months.

This means that once a claim is accepted and NZ Post requests supporting documents, you will have 3 months to provide them. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.

This change applies to all new cases opened on or after 1 September 2025.
The timeframes to lodge an initial enquiry (investigation request) for lost or damaged items remain the same.
